State Police Plan Special Patrols

Illinois State Police in Ashkum announce they’ll conduct Occupant Restraint Enforcement or OREP patrols in Kankakee, Ford and Iroquois Counties tonight. Troopers say the special patrols allow them to focus on safety belt and child safety seat violations.
