Madigan returns to stand

Michael Madigan is expected to be back on the stand today in his racketeering trial.  The former Illinois House Speaker will likely be cross-examined by prosecutors.  During his two days of testimony last week, the Chicago Democrat denied that he demanded or accepted anything of value in exchange for a promise to take official action.  The trial is expected to stretch into the end of the month.
