New Miss Kankakee County Outstanding Teen Named

The new Miss Kankakee County Outstanding Teen was named over the weekend. She’s 17-year-old Breanna Butler, the daughter of Trina and the late Marco Butler of Kankakee. The Kankakee High School Junior will compete in the Miss Illinois Outstanding Teen competition this summer in Marion, Illinois.
