Cissna Park Senior Citizen Killed in Crash

A Cissna Park man was killed in a two vehicle accident this morning in Iroquois County.  According to Iroquois County Sheriff’s police 77 year old Rodney Windhorn was southbound on 1600 east when he blew a stop sign at the intersection with 1900 north and struck an eastbound Chrysler Town and Country driven by 66 year old Rhonda Kollman.  WIndhorn was pronounced dead at the scene while Kollman had to be hospitalized. There’s no report on her condition.
