Contest Rules

Milner Media Partners, LLC – Official Contest Rules

Applicable to the following stations: 92.7 FM WVLI • 95.1 FM WFAV • 101.7 FM WIVR • 103.7 FM WYUR

By participating in any contest hosted by Milner Media Partners, LLC, all entrants agree to the following rules and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: All winners must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. Winning Frequency: Only one winner per household every 30 days is permitted across all Milner Media stations.
  3. Specialty Prizes: Prizes valued at $250 or more are classified as specialty prizes and are subject to their own separate 30-day household rule.
  4. Prize Pool Policy: Whether won on-air, online, via social media, or at live events, all prizes fall under the Milner Media prize pool and are subject to the same rules.
  5. Disqualification: Milner Media reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the rules, or engaging in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
  6. Identification and Release: Winners must present valid photo ID matching the name used to enter and must sign a standard liability/publicity release form upon prize collection.
  7. Prize Pick-Up: All prizes must be picked up in person at 292 N Convent Ave, Bourbonnais, IL 60914, unless stated otherwise at the time of winning.
  8. Claim Window: Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification, or they will be forfeited.
  9. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
  10. Media Release: Entry into any contest grants Milner Media Partners the right to use the winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  11. Event Disclaimer: Milner Media is not responsible for canceled or rescheduled events and has no obligation to replace prizes tied to such events.
  12. Ineligibility: Employees of Milner Media Partners, sponsors, affiliates, agents, their immediate families, and employees of other radio stations in the Nielsen-defined Kankakee metro area are not eligible.
  13. Rule Changes: Milner Media reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and any decisions made by station staff are final.
  14. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees. A completed W-9 form is required if the total value of prizes awarded to an individual reaches $2,000 in a calendar year, and a Form 1099 will be issued as required by law.
  15. Technical Issues: Milner Media is not responsible for any technical failures, dropped calls, internet outages, or issues that interfere with participation or prize delivery.
  16. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win any contest.
  17. Void Where Prohibited: Contests are void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
  18. Entries Become Property: All entries become the property of Milner Media Partners and will not be returned
