A Kankakee man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for alleged bank fraud. According to reports, on February sixth, 20-year-old Corey Hudson of Kankakee tried to open a bank account at a Bradley Bank using an allegedly fraudulent check. Bourbonnais Police say Hudson tried the same thing at a bank in Bourbonnais. Just after three Wednesday afternoon, Kankakee City Police were notified that Hudson was at a gym in the 12-hundred block of North Kennedy Drive. City Police say when they went to pick Hudson up he was allegedly found to be in possession of a firearm. Hudson was arrested by City Police for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon with Bradley and Bourbonnais Police adding several counts of forgery and bank fraud to the arrest.
