Village of Bradley’s lawsuit against the City of Kankakee that alleges misuse of funds and interference of operations at KRMA wastewater treatment plant was dismissed for a third time in Kankakee County Circuit Court Wednesday. Attorney Jamie Boyd who represents Bradley in this suit says they will file another motion for reconsideration.
Boyd said if that reconsideration is denied by the Judge, they will file for an appeal in the 3rd district appellate court in Ottawa.
