Gibson City Grain Company Faces OSHA Fines

A grain company in Ford County faces more than 270-thousand dollars in fines after federal inspectors said they violated safety standards. WCIA in Champaign says the Occupational Safety and Health Administration opened an inspection into Gibson City’s Alliance Grain Company last September after a seasonal worker was injured on the site. OSHA issued Alliance Grain a total of six citations. The company has 15 days to respond.
