The Kankakee County Emergency Management Agency and the National Weather Service are teaming up for a free training this Thursday. Kankakee County EMA Director Becky Powell.
The free program starts at six Thursday night in the main auditorium at KCC. Powell says there is no need to register ahead of time, you can just show up Thursday night for the two-hour program.
