Charges Filed in Fatal I-65 Crash That Killed DeMotte Woman

Indiana State Police report formal charges have been filed in connection with a fatal crash on I-65 last month. In a press release, Indiana State Police say 29-year-old Jessica T. Hughes of Hebron Indiana has been charged with reckless homicide and drunk driving resulting in death. Troopers say Hughes had a blood alcohol level of point-one-eight during the wrong-way, head-on crash that resulted in the death of Rylee M. Hanson from DeMotte.
