County Deputies arrest man at Courthouse

Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police report the arrest of a Bradley man who allegedly attacked a woman on her way into the courthouse Wednesday morning. In a press release, the Sheriff’s office says 29-year-old Keith R. Mattox attacked the woman as she was preparing to go through the metal detector at the entrance of the courthouse. Deputies reportedly took Mattox into custody after a short struggle. Mattox was arrested for Aggravated Battery to a Police officer and violating an order of protection among other charges.
