Kankakee Deputies make child porn arrest

Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police report the arrest of a 45-year-old man from rural Momence on sex-related charges. Deputies reportedly arrested Jessie R. Kaack Tuesday following an “in-depth” investigation over the course of several weeks. Kaack was taken to the Jerome Combs Detention Center, charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under 13, possession of child pornography, distributing harmful material to a minor and grooming.
