New crisis text line available

There’s a new resource available for people going through a crisis in Kankakee County. Kankakee County Health Department Administrator John Bevis says the new crisis text line is free and available 24/7

Bevis adds all communication with the text line is confidential. More information about the text line is available on the Health Department’s Facebook page.
