Time is running out to sign up and be a part of the “I Got Your Six 5K” to be held next month at the Perry Farm. Bradley Police Sergeant Branden Jensen is helping to organize the event and he says that while the event doesn’t happen until May 22nd, space is limited
Jensen says you can sign up by visiting either the I Got Your Six 5K website or Facebook page. The event is raising money for a pair of law enforcement scholarships to be started at KCC in the names of Bradley Officer Tyler Bailey and his late partner Sergeant Marlene Rittmanic. Jensen adds that so far, fundraising is going well
So far about 95-thousand dollars has been raised toward that goal. Again, you can register for the 5k or find out how you can contribute at I Got Your Six 5k on Facebook or on the web.
