Congresswoman Kelly to be in Kankakee Area Wednesday

Congresswoman Robin Kelly will be in the Kankakee area on Wednesday.  Kelly will visit the Kankakee Area Career Center in Bourbonnais Wednesday. The Career Center is getting 175 thousand dollars. The funding will go towards upgrading equipment and technology related to curriculum and add a professional counselor. Kankakee Area Career Center serves almost 800 students daily, with no professional guidance counselor on staff.
