During Tuesday morning’s meeting of the Kankakee County Board’s Executive Committee, County Health Department Administrator John Bevis gave an update on local COVID numbers. Bevis told the committee the county had seen 118 new cases in the last 11 days.
Bevis said the fully vaccinated rate in Kankakee County stands at 51 percent.The Health Department hosts vaccine clinics every Tuesday and Thursday from nine til 3:30 at the Health Department on West Station Street in Kankakee.
