41 year old Kankakee man charged with criminal sexual assault

Bond has been set at 100,000 for a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at the fortitude homeless shelter in the 200 block of South Dearborn earlier this week.  41 year old Dion Hill of Kankakee has been charged with criminal sexual assault.  Shelter officials later said in a statement that they are cooperating fully in the investigation.
