Business caught selling alcohol to minors

Illinois State Police report they conducted an Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement or “ACE” patrol April 20th in Kankakee County. 23 locations in Manteno and Bourbonnais were tested to see if they would sell alcoholic beverages to minors. Of the 23, only the Wal-Mart in Bourbonnais was found to be in violation of the law. The employee that sold the alcohol to a minor was arrested and given a notice to appear in court.
