DeMotte Indiana woman arrested on Reckless Driving and DUI charges

A DeMotte, Indiana woman was arrested on Reckless Driving and DUI charges on Tuesday of this week when Indiana State police say her Jeep struck a work truck in a work zone on I-65 in the Crown Point area.  28 year old Aubrey A. Allee of DeMotte was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.  A blood draw indicated a blood alcohol level at the time of the crash at .245 percent. That’s three times the legal limit in Indiana.  She was taken to the Lake County lockup upon her release from the hospital.  No one else was hurt in the crash.
