Africano adds some homeowners have opted for a program to pay a little of their tax payment every month
Africano says the main thing to remember about the Choices option is that half of your tax bill has to be paid by the time the first payment is due, and the rest needs to be paid by the time the second payment is due. He adds any over-payment would be returned to the tax-payer. The second installment of tax payments this year is due September 1st.
