Uplifted Care names new executive director

Uplifted Care in Bourbonnais has named its new executive director. In a press release, the Uplifted Care Board of Directors say they’ve  chosen Fawn Hendershott to lead the organization. Hendershott has been with Uplifted Care for nearly seven years as a nurse case manager. She is a Kankakee native with degrees from KCC and Western Governors University. Hendershott starts her new position July first, taking over for retiring executive director Connie Lemon who has served in that capacity since 2015.
