Bond was set Friday at 750,000 dollars for a Pembroke Township man charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting last week in Pembroke Township.  33 year old Javonta L. Davis allegedly shot at a man in another vehicle twice in an ongoing dispute over money owed to Davis’ girlfriend who previously dated the victim. According to the Daily Journal, prosecutors say an AK-47 pistol was found at the scene and ammo for the weapon was discovered in Davis’ car after he was spotted driving near the scene of the shooting then fled, leading police on a short chase before his arrest.  Davis is a free man after posting the required 10 percent of his bond, or 75,000 dollars today.
