Gas prices down…slightly

Gas prices across the state continue their slow, downhill slide. Triple-A says the average cost for a gallon of regular no-lead gas in the Land of Lincoln is five-dollars, 49 cents – down a penny from yesterday. Gas is running 5.30 a gallon in Kankakee County, also down a penny. The nation-wide average is four-dollars-96 cents.
