Bond Set in Shooting Incident

Bond has been set at a million dollars for a Kankakee man charged in a shots fired incident on June 13th.  18 year old Lamir C. Harris was arrested last Saturday after allegedly firing a gun at another person during an argument between the two.  A handgun was found on his person at the time of his arrest.
