Kankakee Couple Die in Weekend Accident

Justin and Sara Loring, both 40, of Kankakee were killed and their children injured in a car accident this past Friday. According to The Daily Journal, the Loring’s minivan was t-boned by a semi-tractor trailer that ran a red light at an intersection in Catoosa County in Northwestern Georgia. Georgia State Patrol pronounced Justin and Sara Loring dead at the scene. The couple’s three children were transported to a local hospital for treatment and are reported to be in stable condition according to Georgia State Patrol. The semi operator was arrested and charged with driving too fast, vehicular homicide in the second degree and failure to obey a traffic control device.
