It was standing room only for last night’s Bourbonnais Village Board meeting. As part of the meeting, the Village Board had the first reading of a pair of ordinances designed to clear the way for a new development on farmland between Prairie Harbor subdivision and I-57. Developer, Redwood USA has a series of townhomes planned for the development, something that doesn’t sit well with some homeowners in the area
Mayor Paul Schore noted residents concern about the project
The ordinances concerning the development will come up for a final vote by the Board at the August 15th meeting.
