Two Vehicles and City Hall Involved in DUI Crash

A vehicle came to rest against a wall of city hall early Thursday morning in the 300 block of South Indiana Avenue.  The vehicle was pushed against the building by another vehicle whose driver has been arrested for driving under the influence.  City police say when officers arrived they spotted a man staggering in the alley of the 400 block of South Dearborn who then attempted to hide in a patch of overgrown weeds next to a garage.  24 year old Shaun Evans Jr. was taken into custody on DUI charges.  There was no mention of any damage to the city hall.
