Shelby, Indiana man charged with stalking and public indecency

A Shelby, Indiana man was taken to the Newton County lockup Friday morning on charges of stalking and public indecency.  Indiana State Police say 22 year old Leobardo Costilla contacted a female employee at a Lake Village Restaurant and asked her to go to her vehicle in the parking lot because he wanted to show her something.  When in the parking lot the woman tells police she found Costilla gratifying himself in his vehicle.  Police say he also made additional attempts to contact the victim by calls and texts with one offering her cash for sex.
