Two Arrested in Traffic Stop in Hoopeston

Hoopeston police made two arrested Monday night after pulling over a vehicle for a routine traffic stop at Bank and East Penn streets.  Kacie Carswell was found to be driving on a suspended license and a passenger, 31 year old Shane Baker was found to allegedly be in possession of an unspecified amount of methamphetamine.
