Bond Set in Momence Agg Battery of a Senior

Bond has been set at 100,000 dollars for a Momence man arrested over the weekend for allegedly punching a 65 year old man in the head.  52 year old Daniel Hudson has been charged with aggravated battery.  Prosecutors tell the Daily Journal reports it happened  in the 200 block of East Washington on Sunday.  After being struck, police say the victim fell to the ground.   He was taken to the hospital with what’s described as severe injuries.   The incident began as an argument between the two.
