Diamond man arrested for allegedly threatening & stalking estranged wife

A Diamond, Illinois man has been arrested for allegedly stalking his estranged wife.  Brandon Neary is charged with two counts of stalking the woman at her home and of threatening her.  Investigators say Neary even set up a Blue Link Hyundai account so he could track her vehicle.
