Road Rage Leads to Gunfire on I-57 at Sauk Trail

A Chicago man is under arrest following a shooting Monday night on I-57 between Sauk Tail and Lincoln Highway.  A man tells Illinois state police he was fired upon in a road rage incident.  The vehicle fled but police say they used Automated License Plate Reader Technology to track the car to Dolton.  There police made the stop.   The driver, 21 year old Jaylnn L. Powell was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm and aggravated fleeing and eluding.
