Texas sends illegal migrants to Chicago

Texas is sending its illegal migrants to Illinois.  Two buses full of migrants arrived at Chicago’s Union Station Wednesday night.  Fox News says up to a hundred migrants were on the buses, with many claiming to be from Venezuela.  Texas Governor Greg Abbott said he looks forward to seeing Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot welcome the migrants, since Chicago is a sanctuary city.  The Republican governor has been sending migrants to cities with Democratic mayors.  A spokesperson for Lightfoot’s office called Abbott’s actions “racist,” and said they are doing everything they can to make sure the migrants receive food and shelter.
