Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police make residential burglary arrest

Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police report the arrest of a juvenile following a residential burglary Tuesday. In a press release, the Sheriff’s office says deputies were called to a home in the 300 block of South Bridge Street in Aroma park just after noon Tuesday where the home owner gave them a description of the suspects believed to have taken an XBox and controllers from the home. Shortly thereafter deputies located three juveniles matching the description provided and a search allegedly turned up the missing items in one of the kid’s backpacks. Deputies took the juvenile into custody for residential burglary.
