Alleged Bradley Cop Killer Hearing

One of two people charged with the shooting death late last year of Bradley Police Sgt. Marlene Rittmanic made a brief closed circuit television appearance in Kankakee County Court Thursday.  At the status hearing Judge Kathy Bradshaw Elliott ruled that all pretrial motions must be in by the next court date of October 4^th.  According to the Daily Journal the trial for 26 year old Xandria Harris is scheduled for next February. Harris and 26 year old Darrius Sullivan of Bourbonnais are charged with first degree murder
