Kankakee vehicle stop leads to weapon and drug charges

A passenger in a vehicle pulled over Saturday night in the 100 block of South Wildwood in Kankakee was arrested on weapon and drug charges after officers allegedly observed raw marijuana in his hand.  A search of the vehicle also turned up a loaded handgun under the seat of Teantrone D. Spivery.  Spivery does not have a FOID or Concealed carry permit and was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant.  The driver of the car was driving on a suspended license with suspended registration.
