Stepdaughter Guilty of Manslaughter

The stepdaughter of a Rensselaeer woman who was found dead in her apartment in February of 2015 has been found guilty of her death.  73 year old Judy Moore was convicted last week in Jasper County Court of Manslaughter.  An investigation found the two women had an argument that escalated to the point where Moore struck 77 year old Trula Alliss 9 times in the head with a blunt object.  Moore could get up to 30 years in prison at sentencing.
