Kankakee man arrested for indecent exposure

Kankakee City Police report the arrest of a Kankakee man after he allegedly exposed himself to employees at a local store. According to reports, officers were called to the store in the 200 block of West Court Street just after seven Wednesday night by employees who said there was a suspicious person on the premises. When they got there, officers spoke to 25-year-old Javan L. Bolar who was reportedly standing in front of the main doors to the business. When they asked him what he was doing there, Bolar reportedly told officers he was smoking a cigarette and looking in the window. Employees at the store told officers Bolar had exposed himself to them in a sexual manor. City Police arrested Bolar for public indecency among other charges.
