Fairbury Man Could Get 142 Years for Child Porn

We have more details today on the October arrest of a Fairbury man on child porn charges.  At the time official estimated 51 year old Paul Barth had some 5,000 child porn videos and photos on his electronics, but a closer examination now puts the number at over 36,000 photos and videos.  Prosecutors allege Barth had video cameras installed throughout his home and had video of family, friends and others some under the age of 17 in various stages of dress.  Authorities say he had been selling the images online since 2016.  Barth’s bond has been set at 250,000 dollars.  If found guilty on all charges against him, Barth could get up to 142 years in prison
