Two Drug Related Arrests in Kankakee

City police report two people arrested Sunday on drug related charges.  Police took Judah Herring into custody following a routine traffic stop on E. Bourbonnais Street.  A check found Herring to be driving on suspended license and a search allegedly turned up suspected cocaine in the vehicle.   Also Sunday, police were called to the Washington Street Jewel for a man doing drugs in the bathroom.  Upon arrival officers found Roy Hill Jr. in a stall allegedly in possession of multiple syringes.
