Bradley DUI Weapons Arrest

A Bradley man was arrested on DUI and Weapons charges early Monday morning after he was discovered asleep behind the wheel on North Prairie Avenue about 2 in the morning.  Bradley police say 44 year old Nickolas J. Jackson failed a field sobriety test and when first awakened told officers he believed he was in Minnesota and that Barack Obama was still President.  Bradley police report a pistol was found in the vehicle and say that Jackson does not have a CCL and was Denied a FOID card.  He’s been charged with DUI and Aggravated Use of a Weapon.
