Sullivan Wants Statement Suppressed at Trial

The attorney for accused cop killer Darius Sullivan of Bourbonnais was in Kankakee County Court Friday in connection with a motion to suppress at trial a statement Sullivan made to police when he was arrested for allegedly killing Bradley Police Sgt. Arlene Rittmanic and seriously wounded officer Tyler Bailey in December of 2021.  The Daily Journal reports a hearing on the matter will be held April 21st.  Sullivan and his girlfriend, 27 year old Xandria Harris of Bradley have been charged with first degree murder and attempted murder.
