A Milford area woman who was charged with using a University of Illinois employee credit card and spending over 10,000 dollars renting a car for herself and buying gas, pleaded guilty on Friday and was sentenced to two years second chance probation. When 61 year old Rebecca Nash was confronted with the evidence by U of I officials prosecutors charge she wrote a check to pay off the bill, but the check bounced. She then went out and rented another car, again using the school’s credit card. Nash was also ordered to make restitution, but this time the money will be deducted from her retirement benefits.
