Police Called to Kankakee Domestic Dispute

City police were called to a domestic dispute at an apartment in the 300 block of South Poplar early Monday morning. Upon arrival the officer spoke with the woman of the home who said Silvester D. Riojas brought a man over to the house and told her to have sex with the guy. She apparently refused and an argument broke out complete with Riojas allegedly kicking down a bedroom door where she had run seeking safety. A search of Riojas turned up a white powdery substance in his pocket.  He was charged with possession and arrested.
