Domestic Battery in Diamond

A man was arrested this week in Diamond for domestic battery after he allegedly pushed a  woman to the floor then held her down at a home in the 2500 block of East Stellon Street.    The woman is 7 weeks pregnant.  25 year old Jacub Vota of Morris was charged with two counts of domestic battery.
