Stalled Train Cuts Watseka In Half

Traffic in Watseka is moving again after the town was cut in two by a train earlier today.  Watseka police say the train had to make an emergency stop because of mechanical issues.  The stopped train blocked off every east west railroad crossing in town.   The train was fixed about an hour later and all returned to normal.
