Rabies Found in Grant Park

Grant Park residents be sure your pets have been vaccinated for rabies.  The Kankakee Health Department reports a bat found in the 300 block of South Willis Street has tested positive for rabies.  The bat was collected on May 22nd and sent to the Illinois Department of Health for testing.  That test has now come back positive.
