Watseka Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Dwight

A convicted felon from Watseka will most likely go to prison for a parole violation after he was arrested over the weekend in Dwight on drug charges.   Grundy County Sheriff’s police say 47 year old Brian Lerfald was stopped early Saturday morning at Rt. 47 and Northbrook Drive.  A subsequent search turned up a stash of Methamphetamine on his person.  In January, Lerfald pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a gun and was given 30 months of conditional discharge.
