Bradley Man Arrested on Child Sex Charges

A Bradley man has been arrested on charges of Criminal Sexual Abuse.  Bradley police say the abuse occurred on July 1st in the 600 block of Hemlock Lane.  They were notified a few days later and following an investigation police arrested 56 year old Nicolas Velazquez yesterday.  Police say the victim  is under the age of 13.
