Armed Robbery in Peotone

There was an armed robbery in Peotone Monday.  Peotone police on their Facebook page say about 9:45 last night two men, armed with a handgun entered the Peotone Tobacco and Liquor location in the 400 block of South Governor’s Hwy.  The two held employees at gunpoint while they grabbed cigarettes and cash.  The bad guys fled on foot.  Nobody was injured.
